Traffic complaint leads to charges for Woodville man

A Woodville man was charged with impaired driving after police received a traffic complaint on Wednesday (July 18).

According to the Kawartha Lakes OPP, an officer was investigating a driving complaint on Glenarm Road and located the subject vehicle shortly after 5:30 p.m. Following an investigation, the driver, 39-year-old Jeremy Montgomery of Woodville, was arrested and charged with over 80 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of blood.

Forest fire rages north of Bolsover

Crews from three municipalities continue to battle a forest fire north of Bolsover.
