A man has sustained serious injuries following a songle-vehicle collision on Glenarm Road in Kawartha Lakes Monday (Oct. 2).

According to the OPP, emergency personnel were called to the scene shortly after 2:30 p.m.

The driver and lone occupant was airlifted to a Toronto area trauma centre.

The road was closed for several hours.

“The cause of the collision remains under investigation,” a media release reads.
