
Police are releasing few details after human remains were discovered in Uxbridge Tuesday (May 10).
According to the DRPS, officers were called to the area of Uxbridge Concession Road 6 and Allbright Road after a citizen located human remains in a small body of water in a rural area shortly after 2:30 p.m.
“Forensic Investigators were called to assist and a post-mortem will be conducted to determine more details about the deceased,” reads a media release.
“Police are urging any witnesses who may have information to assist investigators to come forward. Members of our Public Safety Unit will be attending the scene to search for any evidence in this matter.”
