
A Port Perry motorist has been charged after she was reportedly seen falling out of a vehicle in a parking lot.
According to the DRPS, officers were dispatched to an impaired driver call on Old Simcoe Road in Scugog on April 14.
“The driver had pulled into a parking lot and fell out of the vehicle,” reads a media release from police.
“Officers arrived on scene and noticed signs of impairment.”
The 19-year-old driver, whose name has not been released, has been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drug, operation while impaired – exceed blood alcohol concentration and obstruct peace officer.
