One charged as part of ongoing drug investigation in Lindsay

One person has been charged as part of an ongoing drug investigation in Lindsay.

According to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, officers were investigating activity in the area of Durham Street East in Lindsay around noon Tuesday (April 19) when the arrest was made.

Daniel Brock-Knight, 43, of Lindsay has been charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking  and possession of proceeds of crime under $5,000.

“Officers seized, 1.5 grams of suspected pink Fentanyl and 6.6 grams of suspected cocaine,” reads a media release.

The accused was held for a bail hearing.
