A Brock Township resident is facing charges after being stopped by police in Ramara.
According to the OPP, officers from the Orillia detachment were alerted by members of the public of a possible impaired driver around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday (April 2).
“The vehicle was located and stopped by officers a short time later in Ramara Township,” reads a media release.
Alyssa Sherman, 29, has been charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration over 80 milligrams and driving motor vehicle with open container of liquor.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Orillia court on April 19.
