Two people were charged after police investigated a single-vehicle collision on Kirkfield Road last week.
According to the OPP, officers were called around 5:30 p.m. Friday (Feb. 25) after a vehicle entered the ditch.
“As a result of the investigation both the driver and passenger were arrested and charged,” reads a media release.
Cameron Parker, 20, of Barrie has been charged with fail or refusal to comply with demand; dangerous operation; fail to comply with probation order; theft over $5,000 of a motor vehicle and novice driver – B.A.C. above zero
The accused is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on March 10.
Dalton Drury, 23, of Barrie has been charged with personation with intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct justice.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on March 24.
