
A Bobcaygeon resident has been charged with impaired driving following a collision in Peterborough County last week.
According to the OPP, officers were called to the single-vehicle incident around 5:30 on Feb. 18.
“The vehicle left the roadway and entered the ditch,” reads a media release.
“The uninjured driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.”
Justin Grundy, 32, has been charged operation while impaired-alcohol and drugs, operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration-80 plus and dangerous operation.
“The accused had their driver’s licence suspended for 90 days and vehicle impounded for seven days,” reads a media release.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough court on March 29.
