A Trent Lakes resident is facing impaired driving charges after allegedly ditching a vehicle on Monck Road.

According to the OPP, officers were called around 7 p.m. on Dec. 22.

“Upon arrival officers determined the driver to be impaired,” reads a media release.

Jaime Kent, 45, has been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs and operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

They are scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Jan. 13.
