A Little Britain resident is facing an impaired driving charge following a single-vehicle collision in Kawartha Lakes.

According to the OPP, officers were called to a single vehicle collision involving a pick-up truck and a hydro pole on Cottage Road around 10 p.m. on Dec. 19.

“The investigation determined the driver to be impaired,” reads a media release.

Stuart Dell, 57, has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

They are scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Jan. 13.
