Haliburton man pronounced dead following collision on Highway 35

Update: Four people were taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries following a multi-vehicle collision around 10:30 a.m., police noted.

A stretch of Highway 35 has been closed north of Lindsay Tuesday (Dec. 14) morning following a collision.

While few details are available, a social media post from the OPP notes that the highway is closed between Thunderbridge and Peniel Road/Kenrei Road.

Numerous emergency vehicles have responded.
