Update #2: The highway has reopened.

Update: Both lanes of the highway are now closed between Concession 1 Thorah and Concession 2 according to the OPP.

One lane of Highway 12 is blocked near Beaverton following a collision Sunday (Dec. 5) evening.

While few details are available, a social media post from the OPP shortly 7:15 p.m. notes that the southbound lane is closed.
