Still time for Brock residents to support the Warm Tootsies campaign

There’s still time for Brock Township residents to support the Warm Tootsies campaign.

Now in its seventh year, the initiative aims to collect an array of winter clothing for children – coats and jackets from size three to 13, as well as hats, toques, gloves, mittens, scarves, boots and socks.

Donations can be dropped off at Smallmart in Beaverton, The Nourish and Develop Foundation in Cannington or Country Loonies in Sunderland.

Distribution dates are scheduled at the River Street Café in Sunderland (Oct. 21 from 5 to 7 p.m.), Country Loonies in Sunderland (Oct. 22 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.), RE/Max Country Lakes Realty in Beaverton (Oct. 25 and 26 from 1 to 4 p.m.) and the Thrift Hub in Cannington (Oct. 27, 28 and 29 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
