
A driver has been charged in relation to a four-vehicle collision back in April.
According to the OPP, the collision on Highway 35 in Kawartha Lakes sent three people to hospital, with two sustaining serious injuries.
As a result of an investigation, a 30-year-old driver — whose name has not been released — has been charged with careless driving – cause bodily harm and driver – fail to properly wear seatbelt.
They are scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Oct. 19.
