
A Woodbridge resident has been charged following an alleged assault in Lindsay.
According to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, officers were called to a business on Kent Street West around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday (Oct. 5) for a reported assault.
“The victim was seated on a bench when approached by the accused, who began yelling and struck the victim causing minor physical injuries,” reads a media release.
Mahad Mohamed, 22, has been charged with assault.
They are scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Nov. 18.
