Residents of Brock, Scugog and Uxbridge are being asked to share their experience throughout the COVID-19 pandemic as part of a research project.
The initiative is being led by the University of Guelph, in partnership with the Region of Durham and Community Development Council Durham.
“Residents living in rural areas face different challenges throughout the pandemic; from access to services, food and prescription delivery to the mental health impacts of isolation, we want to hear from you about what local services could be improved to support you better,” reads a media release on the project.
“Data collected through the survey may inform future policies, programs and services in rural areas of Durham.”
All households in Brock, Scugog and Uxbridge should receive a copy of the survey in the mail. as well as pre-paid envelope to send it back.
The survey can also be completed ONLINE.
