Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Brock will hold a Special Council meeting pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 on Wednesday September 15, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. to discuss the following matter:
- Beaverton Supportive Housing
NOTE: Pursuant to Sections 239(2)(e) of the Municipal Act to discuss litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and pursuant to Section 239(2)(f) advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, part of the meeting will be held in Closed Session.
The meeting agenda will be available online as soon as possible. Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic and the need to implement social distancing, the Municipal Administration Building is closed to the public and no residents will be permitted to attend this meeting in person. Council Members and staff will be participating electronically in the meeting. Members of the Public can watch the livestream of the meeting.
