A second suspect has been charged following an assault in Lindsay last week.

According to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, investigators utilized video surveillance to help identify suspects involved in an assault on Devan Court on Sept. 2.

The first suspect was arrested Tuesday (Sept. 7) morning with a second arrested the following day.

“The victim remains in hospital in serious condition,” reads a media release from police.

Christopher Wilson, 35, of Lindsay has been charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, break, enter dwelling house and robbery with violence.

They have been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
