
With students back in the classroom, police officers are hitting the streets to give motorists a lesson on traffic safety.
The DRPS has shared a number of photos through social media Thursday (Sept. 9) detailing a number of infractions.
One motorist was issued a $490 ticket for allegedly passing a school bus on Highway 12, just south of Scugog.
Numerous motorists have been stopped for speeding throughout the morning, including one that was reportedly clocked at 100 km/h in a Community Safety Zone.
