A Fenelon Falls man has been charged as part of an ongoing assault investigation in Lindsay.

According to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, investigators utilized video surveillance to help identify suspects involved in an assault on Devan Court in Lindsay on Sept. 2.

“The victim remains in hospital in serious condition,” reads a media release.

A suspect was arrested Tuesday (Sept. 7) with two others sought.

Jason Cogar, 37, of Fenelon Falls has been charged with break, enter dwelling house, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and robbery.

They are being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
