An air ambulance is en route to Scugog following a serious collision on Island Road in Scugog Monday (June 21) evening.

While few details have been released, a social media post from the DRPS notes that the road is closed at Gerrow Road and Island Road.

“Drivers are being asked to avoid the area,” the post reads
