Update — According to the DRPS, the collision involved a pickup truck and a water truck. The driver of the pickup truck was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are investigating a serious collision in Uxbridge Thursday (June 17) morning.
While few details have been released, a social media post from the DRPS shortly after 10:30 a.m. notes that the collision occured on Ashworth Road and Concession 6.
“Drivers are being asked to avoid the area,” the post reads.
