Third suspect arrested in connection to home invasion in Lindsay

A third suspect has been arrested in connection to a home invasion in Lindsay earlier this month.

According to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, the suspect was located by investigators on Tuesday (June 15)

“At the time of the arrest, the accused was found to be in possession of drugs,” reads a media release.

The 27-year-old man, whose name has not been released, has been charged with break and enter with intent, robbery with firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a weapon, pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, careless use of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition, knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm, knowledge of unauthorized possession of a weapon, possession of a Schedule I substance and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

He is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on July 22.
