A Sunderland singer is in the mix to win a jingle contest from a popular Canadian restaurant chain.
Carley Hope is one of five semi-finalists in the online competition by Osmow’s. As of Friday (May 28), her dance-inspired submission had been streamed 1,300 times according to the restaurant’s website.
In an interview, Hope said she was thankful for the support.
“It was a shot in the dark to apply for the Osmow’s jingle contest and now I’ve made it to the semifinals with a lot of help from my producer and friend Jonathan Karkar and mastering engineer Luke Fair,” she said.
“I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who is voting. Everyone has great entries and I’m super excited to see who will end up becoming the new jingle for Osmow’s.”
