At least one person was taken to hospital after a motorcycle collided with a deer on Highway 7 Wednesday (May 12) evening near Manilla.

While few details are available, the collision occured near Sideroad 18 shortly after 7:30 p.m.

In an interview, Brock Township Fire Chief Rick Harrison said that the two people aboard the motorcycle both suffered minor injuries.
