A Minden man has been charged after police responded to a single-vehicle collision in Peterborough County.

According to the OPP, officers responded to the collision on Drummond Line around 11 a.m. on Saturday (April 3).

“A vehicle entered the ditch and struck a culvert. The driver was uninjured but was found to be under the influence of drugs,” reads a media release.

Adam Burke, 40, has been charged with operation while impaired – drugs.

He is scheduled to appear in Peterborough court on May 4.
