
Two people are facing charges after police executed search warrants in Omemee and Peterborough.
According to the OPP, officers seized cash, gold, drugs and drug paraphernalia from the two locations.
Wessley Kurely, 22 years of age, of Peterborough, has been charged with possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – methamphetamine, possession of a Schedule IV substance for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a Schedule I substance – opioid (other than heroin).
Thomas Kurely, 59, of Omemee, possession of property obtained by crime, over $5,000.
Both are scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on April 29.
