A Kawartha Lakes resident is once again facing charges after police were called to a home in the Fenelon Falls area.
According to the OPP, officers initiated an assault investigation after receiving a complaint Monday (March 29).
Police say the suspect had fled the location but was apprehended later in the day.
Tyler Meredith, 23, has been charged with two counts of assault, two counts of failure to comply with undertaking and mischief under $5,000.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Meredith had also been charged on Sunday after police responded to a 911 call (see link below).
