
A man arrested on an outstanding warrant was allegedly found in possession of drugs, cash and a digital scale.
According to the Kawartha Lakes Police Service, a 29-year-old man was arrested Friday (Feb. 26) on a warrant for failing to appear in court.
“At the time of the arrest, the individual was found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine, cocaine, Fentanyl, ecstasy pills, a quantity of cash and a digital scale,” reads a media release.
Kevin Palmer has been charged with four counts of a possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and fail to comply with probation.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
