A man wanted by police in connection to a stabbing in Lindsay last November has turned himself in.

According to the Kawartha Lakes Police Sergvice, Samuel Alex Ribeiro has been charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, assault with a weapon and failing to comply with probation in relation to an incident on Nov. 11, 2020.

He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
