An Oshawa man is facing charges following a single-vehicle collision on Highway 35, south of Lindsay, over the weekend.

According to the OPP, officers were called shortly after midnight Saturday (Jan. 30).

Cody Thorne, 29, has been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs, possession of Schedule I substance – heroin and failure to comply with undertaking.

He is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on March 25.
