Please take notice that the Corporation of the Township of Brock will hold a Special Council meeting pursuant to the Municipal Act, 2001 on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. for consideration of the following matters:

1) To discuss a matter subject to the receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, as it relates to the Beaverton Supportive Housing Project

2) To consider a staff report to Declare the Office of the Mayor Vacant

Pursuant to Section 239(2)(f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, a portion of the meeting will be held during a Closed Session of Council.

The meeting agenda will be available online at www.townshipofbrock.ca as soon as possible. Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic and the need to implement social distancing, the Municipal Administration Building is closed to the public and no residents will be permitted to attend this meeting in person. Council Members and staff will be participating electronically in the meeting. This open session of the meeting will be livestreamed at www.townshipofbrock.ca.
