
Emergency crews are searching Lake Simcoe following reports that a person went through the ice.
According to a social media post from the OPP, the person may have gone through the ice at Shannon Bay.
A police helicopter has been called in as well as airboats from the Ramara and Oro-Medonte fire departments. Firefighters from Orillia and Rama are also out on the ice.
