A Kawartha Lakes woman has been charged with impaired driving after officer responded to a compaint.

According to the OPP, officers were called shortly after midnight on Monday (Dec. 28) about a suspected impaired driver and located the vehicle on Monck Road, near Laxton Township 4th Line.

Fay Davis, 58, has been charged with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).

She is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Feb. 25.
