A motorist from Oshawa with a suspended licence is facing impaired driving charges following a traffic stop on Glenarm Road over the weekend.

According to the OPP, an officer stopped the vehicle for a traffic infraction around 9 p.m. Saturday (Dec. 12) night.

Christopher Archer, 26, of Oshawa has been charged with operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs, driving while suspended and speeding.

He is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Feb. 4.
