An online fundraiser has been launched for the mother of the child that was shot and killed near Lindsay last week.

THE CAMPAIGN has raised $25,000 in little more than seven hours.

An accompanying post identifies the boy as eighteen-month-old Jameson Michael.

“Jameson was a bubbly boy who was known for sharing his warmth and cheerfulness with everyone around him. His smile will be remembered by all who experienced it,” it reads.

“We are creating this page to aid his mother, a single mother who has raised her two autistic boys and is now mourning the loss of her youngest, and her surviving son with the expenses in their next phase of life.”
