
A 31-year-old Stouffville man was airlifted following a single-vehicle collision in Uxbridge Wednesday (Nov. 4).
According to the DRPS, officers were called to Webb Road , just west of Uxbridge Concession Road 3, shortly after 10 a.m.
“The male driver was driving westbound on Webb Road when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree,” reads a media release.
“The male driver had to be extricated from the motor vehicle and was subsequently transported by air ambulance to a Toronto-area trauma hospital for treatment, where he remains in serious condition.”
The road was closed several hours for a police investigation.
