A Ramara contractor that allegedly bilked customers is now facing charges.

According to the OPP, investigations were launched in late August and late September after vicims paid substantial amounts of money to a contractor who did not start the agreed upon construction work.

A suspect was arrested Wednesday (Nov. 4).

Scott Eisemann, 51, has been charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000 and two counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

He was released on an undertaking and is scheduled to appear in Orillia court on Dec. 15.
