Off-duty Durham cop helps save life of motorist in Oshawa

An off-duty officer with the DRPS helped save the life of a motorist in Oshawa Wednesday (Nov. 4).

According to a social media post, the officer came across a male driver without vital signs behind the wheel at Mary Street and William Street.

The officer administered CPR until paramedics arrived to assist the man.

“Due to their combined efforts, the male regained a pulse, taken to hospital,” the social media post reads.
