Minor injuries have been reported following a two-vehicle collision on Highway 12 near Beaverton.

According to Brock Township Fire Chief Rick Harrison, the collision occured at the intersection of Simcoe Street (Regional Road 15) around 6:45 p.m.

According to a resident that drove by the scene, one of the vehicles involved was knocked on its side.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area for the time being.
