Emergency personnel are responding to a serious collision at the intersection of Pigeon Lake Road and Kawartha Lakes 36 Tuesday (Sept. 15).

While few details have been released, a social media post from the Kawartha Lakes Police Service around 11:45 a.m. states that police, firefighters and paramedics are en route to the scene.

Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
