Police are investigating after thieves targeted unlocked vehicles in Woodville over the weekend.
According to the OPP, an officer responded to multiple complaints received Sunday (Aug. 30) in relation to unlocked vehicles being entered overnight.
“Items stolen from the vehicles included wallets, a camera and loose change,” reads a media release.
According to residents in the area, more than a dozen vehicles were entered though that was not confirmed by police.
“The OPP would like to remind everyone that when a vehicle is unoccupied, it should be locked and all items of value should be stored out of view,” the media release reads.
