Whitby man charged after allegedly commiting indecent acts

A Whitby man is facing charges after allegedly performing indecent acts in his vehicle while parked at shopping plazas in Ajax.

According to the DRPS, the man was observed on three separate occasions – during daylight hours on June 26, July 10 and July 13 – committing an indecent act while sitting in his parked vehicle.

“He was observed watching young girls on all three occasions and was sitting in a parked, four-door, grey Subaru vehicle,” reads a media release.

“He did not interact with anyone and remained in his vehicle.”

Two incidents occurred in a parking lot at Kingston Road East and Harwood Avenue North. The third incident occurred at a parking lot at Bayly Street West and MacKenzie Avenue in Ajax, police say.

Adam HENRY, 24, is facing three counts of indecent act in public place.

He was released on an undertaking.

“Investigators want to ensure there are no other victims,” the media release reads.
