A man from Fenelon Falls is facing an array of charges after police responded to an assault call Saturday (July 11).

According to OPP, officers were called to a property north of the community shortly after 4 p.m. and conducted an investigation.

Gerald Brennan, 78, has been charged with assault with a weapon, uttering threats, assault a peace officer and resist peace officer.

He is scheduled to appear in Lindsay court on Sept. 17.
