The Narrows between Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching is closed following a boat fire Saturday (July 4) evening.

While few details have been released, the OPP shared a photo of the boat on social media around 6:15 p.m.

“Emergency crews on scene, reopening time unknown,” the post reads.
