A data error is responsible for a temporary decrease in the total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Brock Township.
The number dipped from 10 to nine earlier this week but was corrected Wednesday (June 17).
Nine of the 10 cases have been resolved, with one resident in home isolation.
Five of the cases have been linked to facility outbreaks, four to contact with a case and one to community transmission.
Brock – along with the rest of Durham Region — will be moving into the second phase of the provincial government’s framework for reopening as of 12:01 a.m. Friday (June 19).
