Canada Day will look a little different this year as we are not able to gather for our annual celebrations due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions.

Region Wide Event
On July 1, 2020 Canada Day celebrations go virtual in Durham Region!
Residents are invited to join an uplifting, virtual celebration of our amazing community by tuning into Canada Day the Durham Way on July 1.

This event celebrates our region and our one-of-a-kind mix of small-town hospitality and unique urban amenities.
Durham Region is a community more vibrant and diverse than just about any place in Ontario.

Come together as a community, while practicing physical distancing, by tuning in to this first-of-its-kind, virtual Canada Day celebration, which will be available through Facebook Live.
