A man is dead following a house fire in Oshawa Friday (May 28) morning.

While few details have been released, the DRPS confirmed that the body of a man was located after the blaze engulfed a home on Pearson Street.

“Coroner will be attending and the investigation is continuing,” reads a social media post.
