A man reported missing from Claremont has been located safe and sound, according to police.

Durham Regional Police said Monday (May 18) the 47-year-old man had been found, four days after their initial release asking for the public’s help in locating him.

According to the initial release, he had last been seen the morning of  May 13.

The police would like to thank members of the public for their assistance.
