One person has been charged following an alleged domestic dispute in Kawartha Lakes.

According to the OPP, officers were called to a location in the Bobcaygeon area Thursday (May 7).

While the parties had departed prior to police arrival, a 30-year-old suspect was subsequently located and charged with assault – spousal, forcible confinement and fail to comply with probation order.

They are slated to appear in Lindsay court on Friday (May 8).
